Privacy Policy

The short version

Smartr is built around one principle: your money, your data. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. We never train AI models on it. We use it to power the app you paid for, and that's it.

Who we are

Smartr is operated by ZBGC LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("ZBGC," "we," "us," or "our"). Reach us at support@zbgcllc.com.

What we collect

To make Smartr work we collect:

  • Account info — your email address and the unique ID assigned when you sign up via Apple, Google, or email.
  • Financial data — bank accounts, balances, and transactions you choose to connect via Plaid; Apple Wallet card data via FinanceKit; manual entries you make.
  • Subscription state — whether you're on a trial, paying plan, or expired, via RevenueCat. We never see your credit card.
  • Diagnostics — basic device info (iOS version, device model) and crash logs to keep the app stable. No location, no contacts, no advertising IDs.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data — to anyone, ever.
  • We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We don't train AI models on your transactions or messages.
  • We don't see your bank login credentials. Plaid handles that, end-to-end.
  • We don't track you across other apps or websites.

Who we share with

We use a small set of vendors that help us run the product. They have access only to what they need to do their job:

  • Plaid — bank account connections. Plaid never gives us your login credentials.
  • Supabase — secure database and auth. Hosts encrypted user data on our behalf.
  • RevenueCat — subscription billing. Receives only an anonymous user ID and your purchase history.
  • Google (Gemini) — when you ask the AI assistant a question, relevant context is sent to Google's API to generate a response. Google does not retain it for training.
  • Apple — for sign-in, push notifications, and FinanceKit.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). When you do, we immediately revoke every bank connection, wipe your data from our servers, and cancel any active subscription.

You can also request a copy of your data, correction of any inaccuracies, or restriction of processing by emailing us at the address above.

Children

Smartr is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We'll update this policy when we add features that change how data is handled. Material changes are surfaced inside the app before they take effect.
